Our flight was cancelled about 7 hours before and they were booking on another flight that would have cost us two less days in London. After much calling and we were able to book a flight the night before our scheduled flight but we had to scramble to be able to get to the airport in time.

Three adults travelling together. Using Avios points, the return flights cost only £35 each for taxes.

Outbound and inbound flights both a few minutes ahead of schedule. Smooth flights. Didn't bother with M&S food so we were not bothered about cabin service.

No complaints.

After giving s glowing review of our outbound flight last week to Larnaca, how different this week! At the check in desk the clerk messed up the luggage labels , forgetting the priorit label until I reminded her . She then stuck it in with an off cut of paper fromLuggage tag . Obviously this game off and we had to wait 40 mins fir that piece of luggage ! They ran out of items from the menu and had a very uninspiring chicken salad to offer! They staff had to be asked at least twice for any thing. Seemed very distracted. Not your finest hour BA!

First time travelling with BA in Economy on short haul flights since the removal of refreshments. Personally think this is a retrograde step. This was a two flight trip via Heathrow. I certainly would not choose short haul with BA given the choice. Though I did choose this route because of price.

Cheap no good; good no cheap.
We decided to pay a little more than we usually pay with Air Canada and it was a wise decision. On our next trip we will even pay a little more for extra leg room.
I had an aisle seat there and back and had the misfortune of encountering a box under the seat in front which further limited the available space.
On the return trip the service was spotty and I suspect they might have been understaffed.
