No direct flights to Aberdeen from Toulouse, have to go via Heathrow, but as all BA flights go from terminal 5 ,no problem. However we did not get one of our bags on arrival at Aberdeen , it wasn’t until late afternoon the next day when it was delivered to us, a bit disappointing as there was another flight coming in later the day.

After hearing continued criticism of BA this option was the only one on offer to fly better than economy.
I accepted it but expectations were not high.
However we were very pleased with our trip on both outward and return flight in January.
We were offered on the phone two seats in a very small area of Premium Economy seating. The plane looked and felt new and so seats were very clean and comfortable. We were offered a champagne on sitting down and our menu’s delivered.
We are not big airline food fans and often but sushi to take on board or just a sandwich from the airport.
But with a long flight we had both. Able to pick at what we liked about the airline meal we then if we didn’t enjoy it had our purchased food.
Staff were excellent and very good humoured and professional.
Boarding and disembarking were very easy and not stressful.
Check in at both ends were simple and staff were welcoming.
Our arrival into Heathrow on the return was very early but gave us plenty of time to switch terminals to get our BA flight up to Manchester. Again all was simple and stress free.
Enjoyed the experience and happy to recommend this flight.

An emergency flight home after our cruise was abruptly ended. The process of confirming flights was problematic and took hours as the BA system seemed unable to cope.
The flight was noty very comfortable. Screens seemed old and sound poor. The same meal was served twice. Toilets not in a great condition considering the current health scare. Maybe we should all have been given hand sanitizers. Just very poor compared to experiences with Singapore Airlines.Took 1 hr to reclaim baggage and not enough wheelchairs available for the 27 who needed them on board, which is unacceptable. Welcome Home !!!!

Once again, totally let down by British airways. Delayed flights, cancelled flights, lost baggage, damaged baggage. Left to get my own replacement flights and hotel. Can’t say a good word about them.

This flight is always full and some hand luggages have to be put in the hold ( for free of course ).
I used to travel with British airways and a meal was included but now I am disapointed it is not the case anymore.
I travelled with children and they got no activity bags.
But the flight went oka nd we arrived on time.
You canbnot now pay for meal or Duty free in cash.
