Good short haul connection. Good service throughout the flight and safe flight. Announcements could be more clearer and slower.

Code shared with Qantas and also about 5 other airlines which made it difficult finding the flight and Gate number on the departures board at Changi. Had to front customer services to obtain boarding pass but that took more than 30 minutes as staff had to ring another number. The seats were most uncomfortable and service was basic. Staff did provide a choice of 2 meals (not GF) and a bottle of water for the code shared passengers. Found the cabin pressurisation a bit off as ears really played up during take off and landing.

When I was late for check-in (JetStar is the one low-cost carrier airline that tries to profit off this) and had to buy a ticket for the next flight, "helpful" JetStar staff ushered to a counter and attempted to sell me the seat at a premium of 30% over published price. When called out, the staff were belligerent and unapologetic.

Beware dealing with this mercenary carrier that tries to profit off your distress.

I can work the whole day and take the flight at late evening. Within about 3 hrs, I can see my family. So far so good.

Ground Service is really trouble. There is no supervisor on the ground. They do not have any experience and they do not know what to do. For example, they could not connect my luggage to final destination which takes 20 second in Singapore. Flight was on time and crew were friendly. All meals and drinks are chargable.
