This whole experience was so smooth, we checked in well ahead of the flight and chose our seats. The day of travel we arrived to bag drop, printed off our labels, attached them to our bags and headed off for breakfast - wonderful - will look to fly Easy Jet again when possible. There was no entertainment and food and beverages were all for sale, but on a short flight it didn't matter.

Bit of a hiccup at check in machine would not scan my boarding pass, tried two machines still no luck, asked for assistance, a helpful staff member printed off my luggage slip, only to discover it had been put on wrong way round so machine could not scan. but another staff member stated it would still go onto my flight, which it did. Flight alright no problems, but again found staff although nice not over friendly not much interaction when serving tidying up etc, it makes all the difference to have a friendly smile and a bit of interaction, but Hey Ho

Supposed to have flown home Friday 19th Jan, flight cancelled on Wednesday due to strike at airport, phoned customer service tried to get Bristol flight for Thursday but full, idiot on line didn’t give a crap couldn’t find flights in Britain said he was from South Africa didn’t know airports in Britain REALLY, offered me refund on flight I said how should I get home “swim” is reply find another airline and take refund. What a “knob” flew home Thursday with easyjet to Gatwick bus to Bristol, bus to Bristol airport to collect car. Total time 14 hours. Thanks for nothing easyjet.

This is the worst airline ever. Don't get fooled by their cheap price! They will try to screw you up in other ways possible. The staff are super rude, especially when there is an issue with the delay. I got yelled at for asking questions! The plane is usually delayed for hours. And they never have enough space for a carryon luggage so if you're in a hurry, make sure you queue up at the gate as soon as possible because it's first come first serve. Yes, it's quite a disgrace. If you want a no-show letter, the only way is to call them, to the UK line if you happen to not be in the country of a language that you can speak fluently. And they would put you on hold for at least 20 minutes so they can charge you extra money.

boarding can improve.
ladys hand bags should not be considered luggage.
on board well tended and clean, good for short flying
landing and taxing confusing
