“Geneva Flight”
Review of easyJet

Reviewed April 4, 2018

Used Easyjet numerous times to fly in and out of Geneva airport, never had any real problems but if you are departing Geneva on a Saturday morning during the ski season give yourself plenty of time to get through security. Rest of the time the airport is reasonably quiet. If you are late let the security staff know and they will get you through quickly.

We flew on a Saturday when the weather had deteriorated, once on board we were advised there was a problem with some damage to the rear door and this needed to be resolved before the plane could be de-iced. It took quite some time for the passengers to be told of the delay, we have a delay of approximately 2 and half hours. Once we took off passengers were offered a complimentary soft drink, but given so many meal deals are on offer not sure there was any true value in this. These things happen but the communication could have been better

Big delay for take off, but financially recompensed later quickly. Bristol is not a good airport to stay any length of time in as it is busy yet quite small, and facilities soon get strained with any delays, and if weather is bad you can get wet emplaning and getting off. Valet parking is expensive and a joke and you still have a long walk get wet; but in the end you get what you pay for and EasyJet provides a competitive economy service, and is usually pretty good

My outward flight was very good, the cabin staff fabulous to a man! very courteous and helpful, the journey uneventful, although as a neverous flyer on boarding this jet to find serveral mechanic's fixing a front passenger door not helpful, but I was being very silly because what First Officer would fly an aircraft he's not happy with. although there was a delay, the lovely smooth and comfortabe flight made up for my silly fear's although even landing late I still highly recomend this company, for many reason's price and comfort being the main 2! and a very good cabin crew with wonderful people skill's.
Although If I told of the flight home you wouldn't belive it, should be made into a comedy sketch though, one silly girl worse the wear either from lack of sleep but I don't think so, I can asure you she wasn't served any alcohol on this flight by the cabin staff and they did have their hand's full with this young women, they handled the incident with great care and kid gloves, they took a lot of flack from her, her mouth should have been washed out with soap instead of coffee, she was a total disgrace to herself. The cabin staff took full control of the incident, and as we landed we were made aware of the Police were there to meet our flight, to take off the young lady plus the young chap involved off the plane. All I can say is while her antic's were not to be applauded the Cabin Crew are! they handled a very difficult situation with much alplomb grace and in a manner most becoming to the British Manner Born, I applaud them and wish them well.
