We used to prefer flying with another major airline but due to changes they have implemented they have lost their usp for us. We are increasingly using EasyJet and so far impressed. On time both ways, friendly crew and good service, seats as comfortable as you get in an economy airbus. Ventilation very good, temperature for us just about right. Not certain with bookable seats I see the need to pay extra 'for up front'.The size only restriction for cabin luggage is simple but the no second small under seat bag ie hand or camera bag unless you pay extra is an unnecessary irritation. If only Easyjet would fly to the sun resorts from our local airports Southampton and Bournemouth.

The plane was early and for once the passengers quickly put hand luggage aboard. There was also no messing around by staff insisting hand luggage went into the hold.
A smooth pleasant flight with luggage on the carousel on arrival.
A very pleasant experience. I wish it was like this all the time.

Used Easyjet numerous times to fly in and out of Geneva airport, never had any real problems but if you are departing Geneva on a Saturday morning during the ski season give yourself plenty of time to get through security. Rest of the time the airport is reasonably quiet. If you are late let the security staff know and they will get you through quickly.

We flew on a Saturday when the weather had deteriorated, once on board we were advised there was a problem with some damage to the rear door and this needed to be resolved before the plane could be de-iced. It took quite some time for the passengers to be told of the delay, we have a delay of approximately 2 and half hours. Once we took off passengers were offered a complimentary soft drink, but given so many meal deals are on offer not sure there was any true value in this. These things happen but the communication could have been better

Good service. All you need for a short haul flight. Pleasant staff. Clean and temperature was easy to control.
