3 hour flight delay for a 50 minute flight. Very little communication. We were sat on the plane for 2 hours waiting to take off. During this time we were told that there was a fault with the plane so we taxied back to the stand.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE,THEY LOST BAGGAGE DELAYED FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND WHENEVER WE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE VERY ARRAOGANT AND NOT COOPERATIVE AT ALL,AFTER 5 DAYS ALSO THEY ARE UNABLE TO TRACE THE BAG,MOST ARRAOGANT,IRRESPONSIBLE,AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.THEY NEVER REPLY EMAIL NOR THEY ARE GIVING PROPER INFORMATION AS WHEN WE WLL RECVEIVE OUR DELAYED BAG ,THEY DISCONNECT THE CALL IN BETWEEN ,HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Really terrible company. They have lost my luggage once and my mom’s luggage twice. Only once did we actually get the bags back and they were very hard to contact and communicate with. The other two lost bags were never returned and no money was compensated to us, they wouldn’t even respond to our email!
On board experience is just as bad. Flight attendants are rude and inattentive. I waited over 20 minutes after pushing my call button to speak to a flight attendant.
Really dirty planes, they obviously don’t clean in between flights or even in between days or weeks because the seat pockets always have garbage in them and the seats are super gross.
The tv and movie options are slim to none, the food will make you sick and there are no alcoholic drinks.
DO NOT FLY EGYPTAIR!!
short flighti n old plane but big seats in business plenty of legroom nice food and attentive service toilets clean. captain said goodbye. so much better than ba flight from london in so called business.
