I bought ticket 2 day before departure and checked in online 20 hours before leaving. When I got to airport with boarding pass, was told the ticket is valid now. No any reason was provided and EVA staff at scene had being indifferent to frustration I have being got. Days later I made complaint but only got auto reply then nothing. Terrible experience and never take EVA again.

I paid over £3,000 for a business class return ticket. On a 13 hour flight there was just one drinks service. If you wanted a second drink you had to call cabin crew but they took forever to arrive as they were far too busy chatting amongst themselves to serve passengers. When I complained to the head of the cabin crew, she said that only serving one drink in 13 hours was their new policy to try to save money.

This was an utter disgrace to passengers who had paid so much for their ticket. Don't waste your money with this awful excuse for an airline.

Premium prices, low-cost service quality. Every time, the person in the back seat would stretch their feet into the middle of the front seat and touch my hands. There were also people who put their feet on the dining table and in the seat-back pockets. I took four flights and will never fly EVA again.

很貴的機票，很差的服務，噁心的客戶，四段航班，每一段都遇到後座的人把腳伸到前面，並觸碰到我和家人的手，還有人把腳放到吃飯的桌子上及座位後面的袋子裡，以前的品質不見了，感覺現在長榮基本上就是噁心

Flight attendants forget about you after 2 hours in the flight, didn't offer water, cocktails, snacks,.. food was not good.

Eva airline is terrible. Most of the cruise members were very rude and very impolite. Seating areas are not very clean; the food is horrible. I will not travel with EvaAir again and will not recommend to anyone..
