Service crew is rude when I asked for Baileys and warm water because it is not on the trolley. Flying is uncomfortable and was hit by a bad turbulence when descending into Singapore. Flight back was delayed one hour onboard .

I ordered gluten free meals because I have celiac disease.
Why I had always less things than other people? I paid the same flight ticket.
Why everyone had a simple white yogurt and I didn't? Why they had always sweets and I didn't? Why they had two extra snaks during the flight and I didn't? Why they had 3 pieces of bread in a 13 hours flight and I haven't even 1?

I felt not considered during the whole flight. Even the hostess couldnt tell me if the snacks were gluten free, i had to check and tell them. Fortunately i had some snacks with me, otherwise i had not other options.

stewardess was very fast during service,sometimes too fast, when you’re too fast and didn’t work properly,then of course a little bit of accident.
Instead of telling me to be careful but yourself.a little slower will be fine and feels more comfortable.

After paying business class fair for my wife and I and our meal choice of Asian Vegetarian meals, we had to survive on bread and butter on a 14.5 hours long flight!! It was Eva Airline system error and never had this before.

I don't normally write reviews but just wanted to say how great EVA Air is.
I was pleasantly surprised at the generous legroom in economy .Food and drink were plentiful.It was a 12 hour flight and I managed to sleep.
I travel a lot with work and like airlines with a 'personality' and great customer service.
Unfortunately I was sat next to a disruptive passenger on my return (British!).The Cabin crew were brilliant and moved me to a different seat.
Im travelling again soon to South Asia and I might try premium economy .
