A frequent traveller but never flown Garuda. Was super impressed and won't hesitate in flying again. We took the morning flight so not too tired. Leg room was so amazing, I'm pretty short but I could easily cross my legs.. The plane was super clean and air staff were friendly and accommodating. Will fly with them again if able to.

Another great flight with Garuda, I Traveled Sydney to Lombok via Jakarta.
Flight departed on time, service was top class hostesses very attentive and polite, ample food and Beverages.
Comfortable business class seats mine was 7H, in-flight entertainment was good, I had a 3 hour transit time in Jakarta, Garuda lounge comfy and plenty of food but No Bintang Beer.
Flight from Jakarta to Lombok on-time and very comfy again great flight.
I returned to Sydney via Bali Business class also, flight from Lombok to Bali was delayed for 5 hours due to "operational reasons" however only let down was that no email or sms sent to advise of delay.
Other than this I had a great holiday with all flight and would recommend Garuda especially Business class.

Totally average experience. The flight staff were courteous and the flight was uneventful.
Arrived back at Denpasar 20 minutes early which really through the pick-up drivers off.

Served beef as no other food was left in a lunch hour flight. Beef is not universally acceptable food and is against the religious sentiments of many. But the cabin crew was least bothered and said “this is what is left, we have nothing else”! Horrible experience! They never bothered to provide any snacks or sweets either. I am never going to pay for this flight again.

bad flight,

they are advertising they are a five star airline! i dont think so.
temperature was 28 degrees( we have a thermometer) oxygen was not great.
legroom was limited, footrest was broken so that you feel it all the time against your legs! food was bad and limited, alltough it takes more than 13 hours to reach jakarta, they only served only one time water. after diner no coffee served.
all over a big disappointment. entertainment oldfashion
