I flew from Nuremberg to Kos on the 9th of May 2018. Check-In was fast, although there were long lines. The flight was punctual, the staff pleasant. Having ever inly flown with either Lufthansa, KLM or Air Berlin it was a surprisingly good experience. The same goes for the return flight. Well done Germania!

Germania plane clean comfortable staff excellent .Although flight had been delayed .We got 2 free drinks and snacks .We took off in a snow storm from Tromsø Airport they have the equipment there that UK lacks .

Long flight, not enough leg space, not enough space between passangers. Very negative feelings concerning space. Good service, i.e. meals and drings. If possible (travel agencies flights) will not use again.

They prevented us from taking the flight and as we want to airline's agent to talk there was no person no one, at Telephone we had waited 45 min without any one answered.
The plane took off and we stayed at airport for 4 hours to be declared why we should simply prevented. That's was horrible. We will never flight with this bad airlines anymore.

Great crew, clean and well furnished aircraft and a good inflict service with free sandwich and soft /hot drinks. Super happy! TXL was a miserable experience as ever but soon forgotten once onboard.
