I have travelled in Feb 2018 from Recife to Sao Paolo. The plane was quite clean and the seats comfortables. A small snack together with a refresh drink have been served onboard, which is not quite allright for a 03 hours flight. If you want you have the option to buy food onboard. Beside that it looks a good airlinr company which I will recommend in the future.

If you are an American trying to get from Argentina to the United States with a connection in Brazil then know that they will not let you on board unless you have a Visa. This is not an official Brazilian policy. Nor is this on any official website. They will not warn you before hand, and they will not refund you. They were extremely rude and would not allow us on our flight.

I do not know if GOL is intentionally booking United States citizens on flights and denying them access (this happened to 4 Americans on Sunday 2/11/18).

AVOID THIS AIRLINE IF YOU ARE A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES!!

We flew 5 times with Gol within Brazil. Very pleased. Friendly staff, attendants and pilots kept you well informed with turbulence, etc. Had one exception, we had one gate printed on a boarding pass, wrong gate. Not knowing Portuguese, there was miscommunication. We would miss a connecting international flight. Long story short, they took care of us.

Adequate, on time, basic flight. Plane felt safe and clean enough. Also flew Andes air. That was terrible

this airline offers a good quality efficient domestic flight experience.checkin boarding and plane cleanliness all good, the staff are friendly and attentive
