Space between chairs is really poor. We aboard late the first flight allthough we leave on time. Some years ago catering on board for local flights was paid, this flight I didn´t know that the service was included.
At the moment of doing the check in only two chairs separeted were available. The most of the couples in the flight were separeted due to this.
The flight was perfect, and so the landing at Bs As.

Gol is always better than TAM.. There is Wifi onboard, they serve some drinks, seats have more leg room ... I don't see a single item of comparison that Gol looses to TAM..

The check in service was efficient, the flight left on time and landed on time. In flight service was adequate. Luggage delivery was fast.

The flight was OK and in house snacks served in relatively short journey. But there was absolutely no safety briefing at the commencement of the flight. This is bad. Staff surly. Flight late departing and very speedy turn round which wad good as it was late in the day. But plane not well cleaned between journeys..

Low-cost service, although there is no low-cost company in Brazil. However, Gol generally offers the best prices.
