Fantastic Air line, more than expected, only Airline direct to Mogadishu, timing was good, crew can do better, they need to concentrate on their duty ( Hospitality) and some of the passengers must understanding their responsibility, some of the passengers were looking confrontation with the air crew on my way to Mogadishu.
Well done Jubba Airways, ( VIVA Somalia) Hanolaato.

Not a bad flight to be honest. You get a basic meal and drinks. I just feel sorry for the fight attendants having to deal with pig ignorant people who think they are important and the only people flying.

i recommend Jubba Airways for those who are traveling inside Somalia, because the accuracy of boding timing and landing compare to other Airlines who serve in my country, i flew Moqdisho around 11:00 AM and landed Hargeysa 12:15 am, as they mention in my ticket and so on during my visit to Galkacayo they are convenient at timing and the crew are friendly, but unfortunately the most Airplanes who serve in my country are old and they don.t flow the standards regulation, and its common they don.t let people use seat number also the seat can be unconformable for tall person, the food are normal , what most aggravate me the Ticket agencies who don.t give people good customer care, i remember one time i was traveling urgent to Galkacayo with SOMEXPRESS i came airport early time unfortunately they told me the plane was full and another passenger took my place, i remember another time i was travelling to galkacayo but the airplane landed another city it was difficult moment, also SAX airlines belong Kenya from Nairobi to Moqdisho most passengers always complaints the luggage lost and and poor customer service inside the plane again they don.t flow standards also they use old planes, the reason i recommend Jubba is timing. but i hope the do some changes and develop the airlines

As a European living in Jeddah, flying to the horn of Africa with Jubba is easy and convenient to have direct short flights to unpopular cities instead of having long connections with major airlines and wasting time. I had a pleasant experience, the service was normal. Airplanes might be old and not as clean to our standard, no entertainment but for a 2 hour flight it does not matter. The crew was friendly and the food was good. I flew a an old 737 Boeing operated by Jordanian Aviation. I like the fact that you can sit where you want just like a bus. The only thing is that you have to go to airport 3 hours before to make sure your seat is assigned and also you must double check time departure 24 hours before as timetable is sometimes subject to change.
