I am sure if my KLM flight from Southampton had not been cancelled I would not be writing this review. However, when things go wrong you get to see how well run companies are! Unfortunately KLM do not come out well. Firstly I have to say they have a very poor website that send you around in circles and I discovered this whilst trying to book seats a few days before our flight.
I am now waiting 10 days for a response from KLM for our additional expenditure to get from Southampton to Heathrow and a night in a Premier inn at LHR to be reimbursed or discussed.
KLM have no visible representatives at LHR and their reservation number 0207 660 0293 is a long long way from UK. So it is difficult to talk to anyone from KLM. Also be warned that most of the options on the 0207 number is for lost or mislaid baggage!! KLM always had a dreadful reputation for lost baggage and it looks as though it might still have!
