The flight left on time which was good, it was full but there is sufficient seat room for the short 1hr flight.
The 'food' was a bit pointless, it didnt look appetising so I didnt even open it. The drink selection was fine.
Stewardesses were good and attentive.

After our flight was cancelled due to the weather conditions (on which we totally agree), we didn't recieve any help from the KLM desk. No reaction on Whatsapp en phone call, only when we posted on facebook that they weren't helping us, the answered.
After that intervention, they told us we'd missed the flight??? Airport was closed!!
They lost quite a lot of time in rescheduling us, which costs us extra hotel nights.
We completed a complaint form, but they even haven't given any reply on that.
What a shame.

My E ticket did not come in the mail. I called booking agent and there was fault in the system. E ticket in the mail within 1 hour. Just 2 days before take off. Preboarding via WWW very good. At luggage drop off My QR code didnot work (on 2 phones) I was helped nicely. Plane was 30 minutes late. Flight (45 min) was shorter than my daily work travel (1,1 hour). A nice miniwrap was quickly served and volia landing. Return flight 1 hour delayed take off.

Great option for Singapore to Bali. First class service for very reasonable prices. Food average but for a 2 hour hop who cares?

I flight many times with KLM, and the service provided was really good.
The flight was on time (even before schedule for boarding), crew members very polite, food was good (comparing with what you can expect from a flight meal) and the seats comfortable.
