We lost our luggages in Amsterdam where we had time over 3 hours for transit. May be there was to much time for normal routines. We managed to get luggages home next week.

I enjoyed the service on board and the quality of the food, especially the main meal. Breakfast could be better if I compare with some other airlines. Generally speaking, the quality of the flight was very good!

flying delta airlines through KLM = 5 hour delay in Amsterdam on 29th jan, no reason given, change of gates so plane full of people on the move just following electrical information at the gates, no persons from airline came to explain, apologise until eventually we were sent on a hike across the terminal to receive a totally inadequate 10 euro voucher which barely covered a pre packed sandwich and a coffee at inflated airport prices. the return flight with air france was perfect. I was only going for a week to visit a sick brother and lost the equivalent of a full day with him

Very poor overall. We arrived at Glasgow airport. Flight was late by one hour. We then had to run through Schipol airport to catch the next flight. When we arrived they told us the flight was full -despite us having booked and checked in nearly a month in advance.
We waited on standby until we got seperate seats.
When we finally arrived in Munich, our luggage was missing. It took KLM three days to get the baggage to us. The only positive was that KLM sent regular SMS updates to let me know my luggage was missing. We did not fly home with KLM, we changed our flights.

Love the experience of the staff. Friendly and always willing to help. Always on time. Good service. I always have a good experience with KLM. It’s one of my favorite airline.
