Very good service on flights to and return from Cuba, all on time, on board staff friendly and excellent service t fair pricing with the little extras ( miniature house c/w gin ) and good assistance and planning for extra help with my mobility issues so the trips all went very well.

The airport experience was very disappointing. Lining up was a shambles and placed in situation of merging of 2 lines. Went to move forward and pushed out of the way by a male french man, commented on his rudeness given I was using a walking stick. Abused and told to get F__Ked, once on board the plane was again subjected to some further abuse. One wonders why Australian troops went to France in WW1 only to be treated a century latter by a complete pig of a French National.

We had flights booked from LAX to Singapore and from Bali back to LAX, but didn't have a flight from Singapore to Bali. In searching availability, most flights were on airlines that I had never heard of or that had questionable reputations. At the last minute, I found an available flight on KLM at a reasonable time and price so I booked it. KLM flew a Boeing 777 on this route. The economy seats were comfortable and spacious and the service (including meal service) for this 2 hour flight was incredible. Puts US airlines to shame. Highly recommend.

Always Flying Blue, for business as private. Service always good on board. Food and Entertaintment good.

What airline (I have flown since 1968) has the captain greeting you along with the flight staff as you enter & upon departure. The food, selection of movies are plentiful.
P.S. It is always a good idea to compliment the flight crew (including the pilots) as you
leave the plane. A compliment goes a long way!
