Real bad service. I travelled with my family (2 adults, 2 teens) from Lisbon to Zagreb. The flight had a 1:40 m stop in Munich so we didn't go out and went directly to the gate. There were 2 stewardesses at the front desk that started to call for boarding at the right time. We gave them our tickets and suddenly there was a red light at the computer and they said we couldn´t be on board because Lufthansa had a technical problem and they had to request a plane with less seats...The stewardess gave me a panflet of airline rights and was trying to make me leave, saying I should complain by e-mail and go to Lufthansa services. I didn't, so she prepared the receipt for
indemnity, the new tickets and 10 € to have lunch (in Germany!). After 4,5 hours of waiting I went again to the gate for the new flight...and there was a 2 hour delay! I complained again and a very rude steward said there was nothing we could do. This is not a service, it's something I can't name, especially because passengers are not treated with respect

We were four adults and had just returned from New York (about 71/2 hours flight). After about one and a half hours waiting we boarded the plane to Malta. We took off but the whole flight was not that pleasant due to many air-pockets we faced. To add up we landed on two wheels and all passengers looked afraid on this landing. Thank God all ended well. The cabin crew were great and did their best to all passengers. Light snacks and drinks were given to all during our flight. Hope next time we have a better flight.

We were 4 adults and booked a Lufthansa flight from New York to Frankfurt. During our reservation we had advised Lufthansa that one of the passengers is lactose intolerant. When the cabin crew were serving passengers, one of the crew members came to one of us to inform us of the diet. We were very pleased because we felt we were safe on board. They gave all passengers special attention with a selection of food and beverage including wine. In-flight entertainment was great with the latest films being on display. We were amazed at the plane as we found a double Decker plane and comfortable in all aspects. Check-in and boarding was excellent and the flight was great and without any hassles. The flight took only seven and a half hours. Cabin crew excellent in service. They were very attentive to what the passengers requested. Whatever we needed we were entertained with. Well done and keep it up!!!

This was our third time using Lufthansa. However, this trip, the seat configuration changed. The seats were smaller by about 2 1/2 inches. Even though my son and I had aisle seats, the person to the left of me was always elbowing me, without even realizing they were doing it. We were in the economy section. Everything else exceeded my expectations in regards to the meals, snacks, and entertainment. Since this was a round-trip, the comfort level was getting lower and not comfortable due to the size of the seat. In my opinion, if the seats were slightly bigger as they were 2 years ago when we traveled, the experience would have been more enjoyable.

Every time I wanna fly to Europe from Doha, I always pick Lufthansa as they offer better price and also good service on board. The downside is they take a 45 minutes technical stop in Kuwait before flying to Frankfurt. Lufthansa is always cheaper for flight from Doha to Europe but for some reason they now terminate service from Doha. There is now less option to choose from for flight from doha to europe
