Its always a pleasure to fly on MH and experience their great service. Leg room on economy class ( 737 ) need to be improved.

There were just too many problems with both outward and return flights. Firstly the online check in process is hugely flawed, especially if you are on a mobile device and/or with limited Internet access while away. Even on a computer with good Internet access it was a trial. We had a double flight; LHR to Kuala Lumpur, then on to Bali a few days later. It took several attempts to find a way to enter booking details, until finally we were able to find a way via ticket number. Then for every passenger, for each flight, we had to enter full personal and passport details - none of the details were remembered by the system so this all had to be done twice for the outward journey, and again (twice) for our return journey; this proved difficult as several of the fields on the Web page proved unresponsive on a tablet and were obscured by the on - screen keyboard. As well as all of this, we couldn't print out a boarding pass so may as well not have bothered! (For the return journey, we went through the entire time-consuming process only to be told that check in had failed and we needed to do it at the airport anyway).
At the airport, despite arriving early, there was a huge queue to check in. They were very slow at opening new desks, despite this queue.
Once on the flight, we settled into our seats (a reasonable size for economy - about the only positive thing about the flight) and selected entertainment to start watching. There were no games on the inflight entertainment system, and only one book (the Koran) although this did not even open. The film selection was good, but having settled down to start watching, the films were continually interrupted by lots of announcements, and then overridden by the 'flight info' for approximately half an hour until we were well into the flight. (Even worse, on landing, the screens showed the front view live camera of the plane itself, and the screens could not be turned off - this was really disturbing for any nervous flyers, myself included! I need the distraction of continuing to watch a film during landing).
Food on both flights was generally poor (my wife was sick shortly after eating on both journeys). Water on the flight back was not given out often enough - at KL airport, it is impossible to take water onto the plane because security is immediately before embarking so there is nowhere after this to buy a bottle of water. On this particular flight, the plane was 40 minutes late in taking off, and during this time the air conditioning was not working so it was stiflingly hot. In this situation, none of the passengers had any water and this could have been quite dangerous.
During the return flight, liquids were quite limited - water was only occasionally brought round, only in small cups and while most people were asleep. Dinner was served and then a snack immediately afterwards, which was very strange timing. Some of the staff were quite unfriendly.
On the return flight, the running water stopped working in several of the toilets for a considerable time, and the toilets got quite disgusting.
All in all a miserable experience, and I won't be booking flights with Malaysia Airlines again!

Just got off from the MH714 today and i consider it is the worst full service airlines i have ever been on. This was not the first time i flew with MH. Before was acceptable, and the cabin crew was very pleasant.

Cabin crew on flight MH714 DPS-KUL on 18/8/17 was not friendly, and lazy. Not all of them, but few of them. The 2 girls that serving row A-C was rather than noisy, keep joking, and not providing the service like others.

The way these cabin crew talk was nothing involved the hospitality. Passangers asked for tea, they replied no tea available without sorry whatsoever. IT was just awful service from row A-C cabin crew.

Flying with best friend , celebrate my bday in Macau and Hongkong and got a front economy seat ( behind biz class ) kul-hkg-kul which gave more leg room and comfy. it's small mini economy cabin at a330-300. We love it.

Flew from Delhi to KL and back in a span of a week.

Seats can be chosen at the time of booking at no additional charge is the best feature

Check-in at counter was good and fast.

Air Stewart and hostesses were professional and not arrogant.

Peanuts are served immediately at take off, followed by beverages which include wine, whisky and beer. Sula wine is served ex Delhi and some french wine ex KL. Carlsberg beer and tiger beers are the best options. Juices, sprite, come etc are also the regular staple.

Food ex KL was better than the one ex Delhi.

In flight entertainment was good for the English options; hindi ones are limited. Headphones are provided during the flight.

Biggest advantage is that the tickets can be postponed or cancelled at minimal cost.

Would.love to fly again.
