My mother was a passenger on flight QF20 on January 27, 2025, scheduled for 19:20. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed by 6 hours, but passengers were only informed of a 2-hour delay. As a result, my mother, a senior citizen traveling alone, had to wait from 4 PM until the flight finally departed at 10:20 PM.
To make matters worse, the airline only provided one meal, citing issues with the plane. This is unacceptable. Considering the cost of your tickets, which are not cheap and were not part of any promotion, this level of service is extremely disappointing.
