Highly recommend Qantas flights.
Took the same flight to Perth with Virgin the week before and By comparison Qantas seating was comfortable and enough legroom, they provided free in-flight entertainment and a meal. Virgin was cramped and uncomfortable, no food or entertainment. Qantas stewards were sociable, accommodating and friendly. Keep up the great work Qantas.

Customer service is very poor.I made booking on website but I dont have last name so I put my one name in last name so I did call to check my details if I put right .waiting from one week still not sort out .spoke with 30 time every time diffrent person and giving diffrent answer .they told you have cancel booking and make another booking just because of last name .

The plane wasn't too bad, even in economy and the flight staff were wonderful. However, the Qantos vegetarian breakfast served on the plane can best be described as 'dog's vomit wrapped in an old man's hankie - warm, wet and very nasty (see photo). Strange, they then bought the meat eaters' breakfast, egg and mushroom bake - also vegetarian. Obviously, not much joined up thinking at Qantos.

I had a really smooth experience flying with Qantas from Sydney to Los Angeles. The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly throughout the flight. The seats were comfortable, with enough legroom for the long haul, and the in-flight entertainment kept me busy. The food was decent, and the crew made sure everything went smoothly. The flight landed on time at LAX with no issues. Overall, a solid, reliable flight. Would definitely fly Qantas again.

In one journey, domestic flight to connect with international flight was cancelled and then bags were not put in the international flight. No contact from Qantas, just waiting in Tokyo trying to work out where my bags are. Don’t fly Qantas if you’re planning to hit the snow in Japan. You’ve been warned.
