Qatar ranks high on my list in service especially on the meals and the adequate elbow space for economy class. Flew from Nairobi to Doha and then to New York and back after two weeks. Staff were awesome, courteous and keen to go out of their way to be of service. Hamad international airport ranks currently on the top 5 best international airports and they even had a family lounge (was impressed)...clean, spacious and lots to see when on a lay-over.

This airline is up in my top 3 choices and will stay up there. The service from the moment you check in,to boardjng to the carewhilst on the plane cannot be faulted. They are there for you 100% the plane itself is comfortable and the head rests are great. The food quality for an airline isnt too shabby but both my flights they ran out of particular options before getting to usso out of 3 options there would be 1 left or none left which was disappointing and i defknitely think you should have more options not less. That is the only thuung thats needs tp be improved, otherwise great airline.

We had our first flight on Qatar air and had no complaints. Left on time. Service in the air was pretty good considering the number of passengers. Flight was fully booked so no spare seats that I could see. Meals were reasonably tasty for economy class. Found Doha air port nothing to write home about or complain about. Overall not a bad experience. And would fly again if price is right or close

We flew with Qatar to Doha then onto Singapore returning from Bali to Heathrow - all business class.
The service we received was above 5*. The staff were attentive and couldn’t do enough for us.
Being business class you can dine at a time you choose and eat as much and as often as you like off a varied menu. The champagne was free flowing as were other drinks.
The flight from London to Doha has a bar area for first class and business class passengers and was great to sit st although not many people did!
This is the first time I’ve flown Qatar business class and won’t be the last hopefully. I’m not a frequent business class flyer (it was a treat) the only other time was after having a free upgrade when flying with BA.
The differences between BA and Qatar are clearly measurable and BA could learn a lot from Qatar!!
The plane was clean, food amazing and staff wonderful. Highly recommend.

good seats which were slightly spacious compared to other airlines that i have travelled with.
disappointed with on screen entertainment as not much choice
