I book Ryanair most of the time to fly back home to visit my family and its actually not that bad. They have new machines now with more foot space, the seats are more comfortable and they are pretty much always on time. For what you're paying you get a lot and with Ryanair you're usually not paying too much.

Website unclear about additional fees and what counts for cabin bags and what can be checked. I was charged €210 for weight overages because 15kg is an unrealistic number for anyone traveling for an extended period. Do yourself a favor and take a ferry boat from Athens. Avoid at all cost... And I mean COST! You get what you pay for.

All the things you can get tripped up on like checking in on line, bag weights, hand baggage etc etc are pretty standard these days, but the in flight set up is ok and the flights generally ok.

Went to check in at bristol Airport for a Ryanair flight to Dublin. When we got there there was a queue but there were five ladies on the desk but about 10 mins later all of them went and were not replaced then the queues got bigger and bigger. i have never taken so long to book in for a flight the service was shocking and there was no apology to anyone for the long delay, and this was early hours of the morning. When we booked in at Dublin to come home the book in was so easy, they have all these weighing scales that you book in with and then just put your case on the belt, so so easy, BRISTOL you could learn something from Dublin your booking in system is rubbish. And then when we arrive back from our holiday our luggage takes 52 mins to arrive off the plane with no explanation to any of us, some of us had transport booked so it was no fun.your quick enough to rob people for the amount you charge for baggage allowance so please get your customer service in order.

First and this will be the last to travel with ryanair, extremely poor customer service. we were unable to print boarding pass days before the flight schdule tried to contact them but we waited for 40 minutes for their live chat, terrible experienced! then we were asked to pay £50 each passenger when we checked in as unable to present a printed boarding pass in which we did explained that we can not proceed to print when we checked in on line. They just want more money. We do not recommend Ryanair.
