In yet another money making effort by Ryanair they deliberately split passengers up even if you book together. The only way round it to to pay to book your seats. The big problem with this policy is when people don't sit together the natural thing to do in an emergency is to go and help your travelling partner and when you are seated at opposite ends of the plane will lead to chaos with people trying to move around the cabin rather than getting off the plane. I really hope Ryanair don't have an accident but it is a worry. If they want the money just stick a couple of quid on the ticket price and everyone will be happy.

Started to snow and the flight was canceled. From this point on only problems. No informations what do do, no help from staff, we stayed at the line for 5 hours with no water or food. Familyes with kids, also no water and no help from stuff. Very bad service from.Ryanair!!!

Very cheap flight and great for short distance within Europe side wish they have more connection with other countries from Podgorica

A 2-hours flight, no delay but very crowded. Shouldn't the cabin be cleaner? Anyway, the worst thing is that you must pay for everything during the flight. Nothing is free!

Was supposed to leave rome at 11.10 actually boarded the shuttle bus sat on that for around 10 mins befire being told to disembark for a later departure, we then sat around departure lounge for a few hours to be told flight was cancelled and no reason why I know weather was bad in the UK with the snow but ours was the only flight cancelled..
After 4 -5 hours of queuing was told tues was the earliest They could fly us home and they would only pay for 1 nights accommodation, but because I had
rebooked my flights to the UK with B.A they wouldn't even pay for the room,
The worse part was no explanation from rya nair why it was cancelled no communication Absolutely shocking and disgusting service will never use them again......
