This was the return flight leg of the experience going out was fine but the return flight back to Glasgow was dire, first of all the assistance was nil at the departure gate we told them hat I needed assistance due to my poor walking they basically ignored me and nothing happened, second dislike was all the drunks on the flight the inside of the aircraft was stinking of booze and a lot of the passengers were very loud.

I just did the check in for my flight...I accidentally wrote my name wrong and tried to contact with the costumer service to find a solution...Thankfully Jane I was there to contact with me and help me with...

When you're stuck with one airline on the route you need to fly, it's always a trial. Ryanair just make it that bit harder for everyone. And the ticket wasn't that cheap to be honest. Customer service hasn't improved much if at all. AYOR

always the same they give you a service with a smile on time the staff work on the instruction of the management it must be hard for them to to deliver a service without compassion
