The flight from Italy to London was landing 20 minutes in advance of schedule. The flight from London to Italy was 2 hours late. Of course I can't blame someone specific but if the flight was on time my rating was better. The overall cleaning of the cabin was average, not so much the uniform of one of the attendents. One last thing: if the "priority" fee is just another small tax on the tickets, I recommend Ryanair to increase the price of this option because there were more people with priority than the others. I have not money to waste but if I want / need prioirity make me pay something more so it becomes a real priority.

Low cost of a ticket added to all the pretentious things Ryanair wants is a disservice.
80 euros + priority in order to have to get my trolley bag of 8 kg work no more as everyone is doing so. Therefore I have to send the bag paying an extra 12 euros and wait for the trolley at the belt, in Rome airport. Now if you do not buy at once priority when you buy a ticket, you will not have a chance to get your bag with you in to the cabin. Add to this that sits are uncomfortable, space is short for a regular man, can't move back your seat and you have to hear all the sales announcements the crew has to say about everything. If you need a glass of water you need to buy a bottle. As it was not enough that if you are thirsty in the airport, can't take liquids with you, so you have to pay a high price for a glass of water... this whole thing is getting ridiculously taken travelers for a ride. Even worse is that every company is imitating because governments allow this. Now you try to do that with your little business and see how the town hall or some some of governmental bureau will get after you.

good flights slightly delayed
priority boarding good until waiting to board then things go wrong unless you are in the shortest queue

Everything went the way it should. Took off on time no messing, seats and bags designated as expected. Expected nothing less.

Do NOT use this airline. They have TERRIBLE service and money hungry policies! They charged us 110 Euros just to CHECK-IN. This was on top of the cost of the plane tickets. Their employees are rude and they look for any way they can to make money off you. Flyer beware!
