They should improve their customer service: it is impossible to reach them after 19:00 unless you have a gold card. Thus, if you are not a gold card holder and you must make amendments to your ticket unexpectedly, there is nothing you can do except waiting until the morning. Furthermore, online check-in can sometimes be problematic for 'codeshare' flights.
