They are unprofessional. The airport in Riyadh is not prepared for a business lounge. The ground team is the worst. They offer no solutions and ask you to submit a claim, but no one answers.
They cancelled our trip, no reason was given, no alternative flights available, no compensation nothing the only option was a refund and considering it is now high season, we can never find the same price ticket so our whole holiday was ruined and all the money spent on hotels lost. On top of that everyone I spoke to was rude but when my husband called, suddenly they were helpful? Horrendous airline not at all comparable to the service on other Middle Eastern airlines.

The most confident and unqualified staff I have ever dealt with, we paid for Flexi flights so we could transfer our children onto a return flight with a different parent when then speaking to a representative over the phone and paying the difference in flights to book them onto our new requested flight we were told it was confirmed only to find out there is nothing showing on the system so the airlines are now trying to make us pay again even though it is the mistake they also told my husband he had to pay another premium at the airport because they were not on that flight to book them onto a different flight as they said the one originally was fully booked. They are an absolute disgrace probably the Most stupidest and unprofessional Staff I have ever had dealings with please avoid the money time wasting and stress of dealing with this airline
