Connecting flight from Jeddah to London. Flight Delayed by almost 4 hours. Very poor customer service with no updates and refreshments provided only after customers had become increasingly agitated.
The poor experience has been made worse by the really uncaring way the guest relations team have managed my complaint after my return.
Will definitely not be using this airline unless I have no other option as they have really gone downhill since my last experience with them.

They are unprofessional. The airport in Riyadh is not prepared for a business lounge. The ground team is the worst. They offer no solutions and ask you to submit a claim, but no one answers.
They cancelled our trip, no reason was given, no alternative flights available, no compensation nothing the only option was a refund and considering it is now high season, we can never find the same price ticket so our whole holiday was ruined and all the money spent on hotels lost. On top of that everyone I spoke to was rude but when my husband called, suddenly they were helpful? Horrendous airline not at all comparable to the service on other Middle Eastern airlines.
