Dont travel with infant, bassinet seats give to people with no babys while passenger with baby being charge 75£ extra for basinet seats. Try Qatar airline, automaticly provide basinets seats customer service are better

Terrible service. They cancelled our flight without any notice. They booked us in a hotel and we decided to go home the next day. Do not fly unless you have to.

flew with them from Madrid to Bangkok on July 2nd. My flight was delayed in the morning and I was missing the plane in Jedda (on a layover). I had to leave at 1 am in the morning and I left at 5:30 pm... all those gorae at the airport lying around without explanation. I arrived at my destination A WHOLE DAY later, almost 24 hours later. To return to Madrid, a few hours after taking off at 2 in the morning on July 18, they changed my flight to the 20th. CRAZY. They don't give explanations. They pass on you. They have had to relocate us after the anger and aftershocks. Anyway. DO NOT FLY with Saudia.

I am a frequent traveler and I feel it is very important to report on my very positive experience with Saudi at ATH airport and on the flight from ATH to JED. SAUDIA ground staff at ATH were outstanding. I would have like to specify Ms. Alexandra and her male colleague at the Sky Priority Desk - Excellent service, efficient, empathetic, patient, and supportive. On the flight from ATH to JED, referring to the two male FAs were just very outstanding - hospitable, always a positive attitude, welcoming, and helpful. The seats and service on the new A320 plane were EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Saudia!

The Flight attendants were nice. The food was great. and overall it was a nice flight.
