All the staff I ever encountered on Southwest Airlines have been helpful, friendly, courteous, professional.I have no complaints with Southwest and I will continue to fly Southwest love the two bags fly free policy Coming back to Sacramento for Detroit in May my luggage was over weight by 2 pounds thank goodness for packing cubes Michael Otto show me where the scale was I just took out something and I was under 50 pounds.

My wife and I pretty much only fly Southwest, and just before the flight, we saw a Southwest employee helping out another customer. We commented to one another about how nice the staff always is, then we boarded.

We expected great service, but the flight attendant went way beyond our expectations. She joked with us for a bit about us finding the two seats in the evacuation row, and she even ended up singing a song that she just made up on the spot. Later, we overheard her offering her portable charger to other passengers. To cap it off, she gave us great service throughout the flight, and even joked with us when we left. It felt like we'd paid for an upgrade in service, but even better, she's just that nice and friendly. Southwest staff always impresses, but this was really something. In case corporate reads this, it was Flight 1587 from Chicago to Albuquerque. Everyone on this flight was awesome.

We go in group but the other peolple in our group missed the flights.. because they close the plane 5 minutes from the time flight.. and they were in the door already.. first we don’t have complain when the plane were late to leave.. but that single minute they don’t allowed my dad to go in..

And 2nd complain.. we check in my daughter’s carseat but when we get it.. the both cup holder are missing.. and they don’t know where it is when we asked them.. and they lost it..

And 3rd.. why they don’t just follow the seat order soo other people won’t have complain when other family are far from them…

go southwest airlines! i was traveling to pdx airport in Portland and they just totally blew my mind by what they did to get us comfortable! they even gave us Oreos as a snack. best low-cost carrier EVER!!!

Not worth the money and time, not only was flight delayed but we had to wait for passengers from another delayed flight which delayed it even more
