Not even water was offered in this flight in a complementary manner. Overpriced ticket for extremely low quality in comfort and service. My luggages didn't arrive at my destination and customer service didn't provide help on how to clearly get the issue solved and obviously no direction on how to get financial compensation for the hassle. Toilets were dirty, no entertainment was working, wi-fi was never connecting, no outlets, no nothing, just problems.

Took 3 TAM flights on short Brazil trip: Sao Paulo > Rio de J > connecting via Belo Horiz to Porto Seguro > Sao Paulo, having booked and paid myself online.

Volume of flights seems to be inadequate for demand, and deliberately constrained limited, so flights are decent value if you book a long way ahead. Last minute more expensive ticket categories not good value if doing it directly yourself.

The booking process and all flights all worked very smoothly, and were all on time - with no stress - the most important thing.

Seats, planes, food etc were adequate.
Staff generally very good and helpful given that we didn't speak Portuguese.

Would definitely fly with them again.

The airport facilities themselves were adequate to poor, but thats not controlled by TAM. Flights in Oct 15.

I flew one of their newest planes: the A350. It is not that impressive. It seems like an upgraded A330, with better personal entertainment system, but everything else is pretty much the same.
Comparing to the Boeing 787, for instance, this aircraft is much noisier, specially in the rear cabin.
Food on-board was mediocre and tasteless and, oddly, they somehow try to compensate it using old fashioned crystal glasses and stainless steal cutlery. Unfortunately, it just weighs on the plane (and on our pockets) bootlessly.

A short two hour flight which left on time and arrived 10 minutes early.
Little entertainment on the flight just a promo playing in a loop.
No complaints other than that
