Too much simple, disorganized boarding, weak services, but a good choice to better prices. No compliments.

Everything went smooth until actually boarding, it took ages to get everybody in the airplane with pauses for more people to come in. We were only 15 minutes late, but that for a flight 6.00 in the morning, first flight, is not necessary.
I often choose an isle seat when flying alone but this airplane had really narrow seats on the isle, and just the isle seats...why?
Overall fights i do with Transavia are fantastic and very pleasant, this one was different. Crew was good as ever.

Again we enjoyed the flight, in time with friendly service and more (think we had a royal pilot...) - and again we think that KLM can learn a lesson from this small daughter (also like the stewardesses much more ;-)

We recently had a round trip, Porto - Madeira, Madeira - Porto, the flights were very pleasant, the crew were very professional and sympathetic, with passengers every need. They made us feel very relaxed. We will fly again with Transavia.

Three of us travelling together, all with a Transavia Max ticket (the most expensive), had about 80kgs of luggage between us. The total allowance we had was 100kg, 30kg each because of the ticket and an extra 10kgs I had bought, just to be on the safe side.
The Transavia check in worker at Faro allocated the weight incorrectly between the three of us. This resulted in one of us being "over the weight allowance" while two of us were under and being charged an extra 15 euros.
If the Transavia worker at Faro had done their job correctly, the luggage could have been split in to three without any of us being over our weight allowance.
All this means, we are paying for Transavia's mistake.
There have been many communications with their "customer services" department who have dug their heels in and will not refund the 15 euros.
It's not the 15 euros which I find aggravating, it's the cavalier attitude of the company.
Generally with Transavia, the ground crew and cabin crew are great. Problems normally occur because the organisation, they can never seem to get it right.
