Nothing special except that stewardesses could be les arrogant and aggressive.
The passenger didn't put the bag in overhead luggage bin properly. Stess said: This is not god madam. Next time do it yourself !
It sounds quite arrogant or at least unpolite. It is not the first time to experience that at TA aircraft.

Ticket is inexpensive but it doesn't mean that stess should be unpolite.

It's very good company! For me - it's exellent! With no problems! Cabin crew was very good! They help us for everything!

During this flight there was a technical problem.
We had to land in Nantes, France
This was a late flight arriving in Amsterdam after 11pm
The problem good haved fixed in a short time, but .... the ranway had to be fixed that night , so a departure was out of the question that evening and night.
How to solve this problem with 200/250 passengers, young and older and children.
An offer to book hotels was there, but there were no rooms avaible for all of us, because also of an event in the city.
Then there was an offer of the staff of thr airport, 2 rooms! One for parents and children the other for the rest.
The communication about this was poor.
Maybe because of the english of the french lady. A room is not the same as a hall.
The “rooms” were not big enough, soon very hot with all these people.
We were given a mattrass an a kind of blanket.
With that we left the room and found a more open space in a corridor.
Talking about finding a hotel for the 4 of us.
It was difficult to find , so we decided to stay and try to get some sleep.
That was very difficult, a lot of young people who find this place also started to talk loud and having fun, no respect for others who tried to sleep.
After a while me person in person could not sit or lay down anymore( hernia) and my partner and I tried again to find a hotel and we did, a bit expience but not too far from the airport.
We found on a not easy way a taxi to bring us.

From the staff of Transavia we had heard what probably was the departure time that morning-afternoon.

So we could sleep a couple of hours and have a quiet breakfast.
We met other passengers there as well.
In the morning we received a mail an sms text from Transavia about the departure time.
Late in the afternoon, so there was more relaxed time for us
This had also to do with the working/flying hours of the co pilot. He had to be replaced by a collegue from amsterdam. Dutch law.
The captain and his crew were helping as much as they good do.
They stayed in a hotel more then 1 hour from the airport, so they did not had a good sleep too.
But with a smile and good energy they brought us safe to Amsterdam.
In the meantime we received also a email or sms text about the refund of the ticket and the cost if you had made them.
Ok service yes, enough? The text in the email is a bit to standard, a bit more ... would have been nice.
There are always travellers with less experience with travelling, and uncertain in this kind of situations.
(i had the experience to be in the air close to new york on 9/11 , stranded 3 days in a small town with 3500 people in a ice hockey stadium)
We came home safe and that is always the most important thing!!!

The cabin crew was very helpful and pleasant. On the way back (Catania-Amsterdam) we have been delayed because a nail in a tire was found during the final inspection. We had to wait out of the plane and wait more than 3.5 hours. Eventually we arrived safely in Amsterdam before the evening.

This flight to Agadir was simple and perfect.
Always book on time to choose my seat for free.
Not very long legs , so the space is ok for me on short trips.
Service is good, friendly
