Horrible!!! Made us check our bags for no reason there was plenty of room for our bags. Thanks for making our long travel day even longer never again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Legroom is awful, seats uncomfortable, recline only 1/4 inch, you cannot rest or sleep, need to offer other snacks.

The seat rows are too close together! It is hard to read a paperback book. There is barely enough room for a drink and a snack. Passengers can barely move their feet. Some knees ride the seat in front of them.

United Airlines has come a long way from the turmoil at the time of the merger. On a recent flight they actually served real food for lunch. Not the snack boxes of fast food snacks. The meal was served with real metal cutlery and real cloth napkins. The flight staff had a sense of humur and made an effort I have not seen for a very long time. My next flight into Palm Desert also had good service so it was not a one time thing. This is good news for United travelers and may give Air Canada a run for repeatedly winning the honor as the best airline in North America.

Our flights were quick and easy. From the check in process to the baggage claim it was smooth. Both flights were on time, early even! The pilots were friendly and would let us know of any changes during the flight. The crew on board were so easy to talk to, we eve swapped dog/ puppy stories!
Although. . please, please make a little more leg room. I am a small girl and even I was cramped. The poor guys next to me had to nearly hold their breath just to fit!
