This flight left right on time and was a smooth flight with pleasant service.We were fortunate to arrive over 30 minutes early in Amsterdam. The Butter Chicken in Economy was not very good, as the rice was the main ingredient. Movie selections were pretty good, which is always important on a long flight. A flight attendant even cleaned the bathrooms halfway through the flight. I have never observed this before. Overall I was pleased with the flight.

Although it's a long haul, our experience with United was great. Short connection in LAX (45 minutes), but bags made it to Sydney with us. On-time departure and early arrival in Sydney. Return flights were also great! And now United has started non-stop from Sydney! Help get our trip to Australia/New Zealand off to a great start, and a good ending.

United keeps our expectations low and they did not surprise us. On the flight to Maui they did not tell us that the plane was brand new and that we had to download an App to watch a movie. So, I had no entertainment on the way to Maui. Thanks to outdated technology, we had movies on the flight home. That was good, except my connection from the earphones to the armrest was broken so I had to hold the plug in tightly to the armrest the whole way home. Most annoying.

upgraded to economy plus which gives you about 2 more inches leg room, if you can -take the bulkhead on the 320 airbus. check with seat guru and just list airline and date with flight number. no monitors and the free wifi is weak.if going to vegas you will land at the d gates, so be prepared to walk alot. you exit at d53 the longest way to baggage and the your bags are at 26 and it starts with 1.if you rent a car the bus [free] is at 19 and about 8 min ride to most car rentals check if your rental is this way otherwise you must take another shuttle at the rent a car depot to pick up your car and please note most major casinos on the strip are charging to park each day! about $20.00US

so disappointed with return flight home from CDG to SFO... after we had an awesome hotel experience at Hotel Bel Ami and a wonderful river boat cruise on Uniworld. Such a let down to have a miserable 10 hour flight home.
