Left on time and neither flight was overbooked. Uneventful. Flew into LV via SFO, and gates were close to one another. LV to Seattle was direct and only half full.

Connecting flight missed, not entirely my fault but I did not find their staff helpful at all. Story to long and you have probably heard it over and over again. Plane was full so I didn't get much sleep, gosh, I wish I could afford first class

It gets a 3 out of 3 because it was a good flight but i'm deducting it two stars because it was basic economy. Yes i paid left for it but its ethically wrong to treat your customers like crap just because they have no other way of getting there. I don't think this is a United problem its a USA problem, but in past United has always been front runner in industry and they set precedence.

United first class is overprices and under whelming. You must provide your own electronic device to see their entertainment. I “tried” to watch on their seatback center and could not. Their meals are mondaine and resemble the plastic plates that long ago were served in coach. One one flight, they had nothing I desired to eat and got no meal. It is the only non-stop to Kauai so I am stuck using them.

good service at the airport check in, in flight and baggage pickup. Food service was okay, nothing to rave about, but it is airline food. Flight attendants were efficient and courteous.
