I had cancel flight from newark to toronto and it's I have to stay in airport for another 15 hours and it's hard time for me coz I had long trip before it's from indonesia to japan.all recheck baggage is close after we wait line for more than 3 hours.im really upset and tired till an Angel save my life she is best staff n really helpfull her name is Laverne sobers.she take about 10 passager to follow her and we got change to get flight next day early morning. i won't for got her kind.God bless her.

Although just a short two hour flight, the special attention and excellent service from the experienced flight crew was much appreciated. Snacks and drinks were pretty good and seating was comfortable as is possible on the small Embraer 175. I was especially impressed that the lead flight attendant not only addressed me by name, but somehow knew that I was connecting to two lengthy international flights to Asia and offered sympathy regarding my long trip still to come.

The original flight was delayed 2 hours, so we were going to miss our connecting flight. They got us a new flight and assured us the luggage would arrive before us to Barcelona. We have now been 6 days without our luggage. They assured us the luggage would catch up to us (we are on a cruise) at whatever port we are at, however the cruise ends in 2 days so it is pointless at this point. Very dissatisfied with the lack of care they’ve shown our belongings. The luggage contained my grandmothers medicine that she needs every single day to maintain her health, as well as her rollader that she needed for the majority of the tours we were supposed to take. Would not recommend flying United unless you are in a pinch.

Horrendous service and experience and will never be flying United again. My flight was canceled and I was rebooked by United to fly out of the country. The agent that rebooked me never checked in so I was turned away at the gate for the Aer Lingus international flight. Aer Lingus said this was the fault of United and United admitted mistake but did nothing to make up for it.

Once I finally got to Ireland (over half a day late) my luggage was missing. Didn’t receive luggage until 3 days later and when I did my baggage was badly torn and dented and all contents inside were wet and smelled. Recieved horrendous service and am currently fighting to get my items paid for.

United should truly be ashamed that they treat customers this way. It’s disgraceful and unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. I will never be flying this extremely subpar airline ever again. I’ve lost my time, money, and an entire vacation because of them.
