United is now the worst airlines Spirit is much better. Customer service is awful. Every single flight on this trip was delayed or cancelled. They told me to come back for my check in bag and no one was even there to give it to me. No voucher issued. One flight was cancelled, no voucher, no compensation. Sitting in tarmac now for over 1 hour. This has been the worst flying experience of my life. DO NOT FLY UNITED. EVER

Having flown with 3 seniors and a child, this airline was terrible. Didn't have a choice since they were only direct airline from United States. No leg room, rude staff and plane troubles galore

Literally the worst airlines...Scott Kirby should be fired, sucks as a CEO and has let the company go down. I used to be 1k and now I avoid this airline. They always update delays at the last mintue, no one ever knows what is the issue, flights are always delayed, customer service sucks, expensive most of the time, planes are old and run into maintenance issues like 40% of the times and routes are usually always bumpy (same route similar time is smooth on another airline and I would know because friends would be flying a different airline). I am done with this airline now.

Worst airline made use put out luggage under for 22 hours with food clothes everything under the plane. Also flew a tiny plane to sfo from ewr. Disgusting

Our flight was cancelled by United. We were booked on a flight two days later arriving late in the night. There are multiple business class seats available for our original arrival time, but they want to charge $8000. We booked these flights a year ago. Shame on United for limiting customers flights due to money when the problem originated with your service. You already cost me thousands in hotel fees for missing nights, now you want thousands of dollars to fly. Don’t fly United unless you want to pay!
