My flight Boarded at 415. It's now 900 pm and we have still not left we are delayed. Sitting in first class we was offered one small cup of water the whole time. They gave us the opportunity to get off twice to get food. When they did this by the time we got loaded back up we lost our edict time and got put on a holding list again
We sat so long because of a clogged bathroom sink and "weather" we was told them the flight attendant timed out and held us up even longer.
I am a pilot and used to delays and the excuses they come up with. But this is totally unexceptable to not offer your passenger drink or water of any kind sitting on the plane for 5.5 hrs.

United is now the worst airlines Spirit is much better. Customer service is awful. Every single flight on this trip was delayed or cancelled. They told me to come back for my check in bag and no one was even there to give it to me. No voucher issued. One flight was cancelled, no voucher, no compensation. Sitting in tarmac now for over 1 hour. This has been the worst flying experience of my life. DO NOT FLY UNITED. EVER

Having flown with 3 seniors and a child, this airline was terrible. Didn't have a choice since they were only direct airline from United States. No leg room, rude staff and plane troubles galore

Literally the worst airlines...Scott Kirby should be fired, sucks as a CEO and has let the company go down. I used to be 1k and now I avoid this airline. They always update delays at the last mintue, no one ever knows what is the issue, flights are always delayed, customer service sucks, expensive most of the time, planes are old and run into maintenance issues like 40% of the times and routes are usually always bumpy (same route similar time is smooth on another airline and I would know because friends would be flying a different airline). I am done with this airline now.

Worst airline made use put out luggage under for 22 hours with food clothes everything under the plane. Also flew a tiny plane to sfo from ewr. Disgusting
