“Decent”
Review of United Airlines

Reviewed 2 weeks ago

It’s a good airline. I fly with them often. The hubs are good. Aircraft are old. The old 737-900s are in desperate need of a refresh. Dark, smelly and my seat back was falling apart. Aside from that, great airline and very easy to fly with. Would recommend.

It was delayed for 3 hours they didn’t help at all. Worst service and never on time.
I am impressed how they always arrive late and they don’t care

Flew several times with these cowboys, in the last few weeks. The staff have all been lovely. But there are not enough of them.

Main issue is that on two transatlantic flights, we were placed in narrow bodied aircraft. This was particularly an issue on the overnight leg coming home, as it was very uncomfortable.

I would say United is operating as a budget airline, and I would not choose them for any sort of long haul flight.

If they are honest enough to advertise themselves as no frills, it will give people the choice - as it is I feel cheated, as I have paid more for another carrier.

If you intend on working on an airplane, DO NOT FLY UNITED. Half the time the airplanes wifi doesn't work at all and they will not compensate you for your lost time.

Flying home after 7 days the plane was half empty and the flight attendants forced everyone on the plane to the back and crammed everyone back there there was at least 20 rows with no one in them at all
The steward said that it was to “balance the plane durning takeoffs and landing “ what a bunch of BS
Awful there were multiple sick people and people were forced to sit next to them
Never flying with them again
Dang wish I would have taken pictures!
