i used this airline back in February when going to New York. As soon as i stepped foot into Manchester airport till I stepped out of JFK NYC, the customer service was amazing. the service on the plane was great too. As a bad flyer, they made me feel really calm and were very supportive about the flight ahead. The staff in JFK were so welcoming too. they greeted my family with a huge smile and they had a good sense of humor too!! I will definitely be using this airline again in the future.

I have waited 8 weeks for a refund for my cancelled flight and still nothing , i booked with love holidays and thry have not issued my refund as virgin have not completed their part ..digusting

Our flight was cancelled by Virgin. They refuse to refund the money paid. It is impossible to contact them by phone, they don't answer email or respond to registered post. Their latest distraction is Whats App where they request every personal piece of information possible, do nothing, then close of the enquiry. I appreciate they must be going through hard times but any organisation that treats its customers with such distain has to be avoided. They are the worst organisation Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. Don't give them your money and pursue any claims via chargeback with your Credit Card company. Do not accept a voucher. Trying to speak or deal with Virgin directly is futile. They are now a rotten organisation and the sooner they stop trading the better for all concerned.

booked family on DIRECT flights 6 weeks on Virgin Atlantic specifically to minimize risk during COVID times...when airline was only too happy to take my money...recently was randomly checking to see what other flight times were available on my travel leg...noticed that the flight on which i was due to travel was no longer available...turns out that Virgin had not only canceled direct flights, but had NOT told any passengers, who they knew would turn up at the airport and the airline would then book them on INDIRECT flights with layovers and long flight times...and here is what is most unethical about the practice....they were STILL trying to sell tickets on another DIRECT flight from LHR to SFO, where it was apparent that the airline had no intention to fly that plane -- since there was no subsequent return from SFO to LHR -- its clearly deceptive advertising practices - take the passengers' money -- this airline is at risk of going bankrupt - avoid booking
