Absolutely horrendous in flight and grpund service. Pushed aside for the flight captain to pass. Some passengers allowed bottles of water some not. Favourable Bin storage given to some passengers. Cabin crew continuously pushing and bumping passengers when walking in aisles. Drink offered twice with extremely poor meal service the cabin crew spent their time chatting to each other. Unlike other airlines water was not offered through an 11 hour flight. Toilet dirty not tidied by crew. Will not fly Sri Lankan again unless managed by another airline. Absolute disgrace.
From the Captain to the ground and cabin crew they fail to understand that the customer is paying their wages They are too full of their own importance.

People and country is very nice, DON'T USE TUK TUK DRIVERS 99% are scammers, rip offs, rude and abusive, they will ruin your holiday.
The worst airline ever!!!! Poor customer care service. Poor hospitality service from The air hostesses. I was wondered with their behavior, no smiling, no greetings, not helpful at all. The worst thing was their A/C didn’t work throughout the 4 and half hour journey.. very disgusting airline. This flight was from abudhabi to srilanka on 03rd of august 23.00 pm ( United Arab Emirates time zone)
don't fly with Fitsair! When booking you can't reserve luggage. You can't check in online. When you arrive at the airport, they charge $10 per kg of luggage!!! It's even so bad that if you want to take things out of your suitcase. they tell you to leave them.
