We had a pleasant flight with Sri Lankan Airlines from Sydney to Colombo. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Can’t wait to fly again with the Sri Lankan Airlines 🥰

8 hours late - No entertainment system - flight hospitality was ok - baggage fully damaged they wrap it with tapes- made complaint and still no update

Multiple delays. Refunded upgrades that were already confirmed and paid for. Overall a terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the exceptionally poor service my family and I experienced with SriLankan Airlines during our journey from Kochi to Dubai on 25th August 2024. The series of inconveniences and mismanagement we endured have caused us significant distress, both emotionally and financially.looking for full refund of the ticket AED 11000.It took almost 36 hours to reach DXB and all our baggages are lost.
