Mr. Jayatilake chamindra has no sense talking to passenger. Treated us so bad, gave racist comments and tried to create a scene out of nowhere. Just a matter of 2 minutes i was going to toilet- as told by air hostess. He started speaking loud and showing his arrogant idiotic nature. I would request you to reply me on that. I would post the same on X and would like people know that you guys train such idiots like that who are simply racist

Flew on August 14th evening flight from colombo to Chennai evening flight, right from the word go the pilot was pathetic in flight, so many movements up and down after take off, it was not even raining and while touch down while descending i had severe ear block and ever since I had full pain in my ears, only upon visiting ENT am told that I have ear block, i have travelled in other flights but never experienced such discomfort,he should be given training again

We had a pleasant flight with Sri Lankan Airlines from Sydney to Colombo. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Can’t wait to fly again with the Sri Lankan Airlines 🥰

8 hours late - No entertainment system - flight hospitality was ok - baggage fully damaged they wrap it with tapes- made complaint and still no update
