This was our first trip to theTurks and Caicos and The Tuscany exceeded our expectations. The rooms are well appointed, views spectacular, grounds immaculate and a staff that is as friendly and helpful as any place we have stayed. They arranged for a rental car that we could pick up at the airport and also booked a half day snorkeling trip that we really enjoyed. This is on the less crowded end of Grace Bay which was perfect for us, but a rental car was almost a necessity to be able to explore and try restaurants on different parts of the island. The Cabanna Bar next door was perfect for lunch or dinner when you did not feel like venturing out. If you are into horses at all, Provo Ponies was great fun. Looking forward to our next visit to Provo.

We enjoyed the location on the beach. Private but close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Quality furnishings and amenities. Very well maintained. Can't say enough about entire staff. Very friendly, helpful and hardworking.

My wife and I recently returned to the Tuscany with our three children after staying there alone a year ago. Once again, we could not have been happier with our hotel selection. The rooms, grounds and service at The Tuscany are second to none. Shawnamae and Terria are there to tend to your every need and always do so with a smile on their face. As for the location, you cannot ask for more. The Tuscany's seclusion guarantees a relaxing vacation, yet at the same time its proximity to the restaurants and attractions ensures that you will be able to experience and enjoy all of the them. When choosing a hotel on Provo, The Tuscany is simply a no-brainer. We look forward to our third trip to our home away from home!

Just got home yesterday and wanted to share, in case someone's contemplating right now where to stay. We travel quite a bit and stay in the most luxurious. We have to say this may be one of our best vacations ever!!! The Grace Bay beach, on this end of the island, especially The Tuscany and The Venetian, are like being in a Corona commercial. Perfect soft white sand and turquoise water, easy to swim in, just so relaxing. We felt like this was our own place. No crowds at all. Beautifully manicured and incredible service. Everyone was just super and caring. Really enjoyable. Our unit was on 3rd floor in East building, 303. Elegant accomodations, with super views and nice furniture, dishes, very comfortable bed, nice linens etc. I would only say that this unit should have more cable channels, but no big deal.

All of the staff go out of their way to take care of you in any way they can. We mostly were assisted by Shanemae and Sean, but everyone was just as nice, caring and competent as could be!

We enjoyed making our own breakfast, having coffee on veranda or on the beach and bringing our own snacks to the beach. The Ocean Club next door is good for a light lunch or dinner. We did have our own rental car to dine at more gourmet restaurants in the evening. It was also super to have a car to explore the island. We're getting used to driving on left hand, as we were just in Anguilla also.

We plan on going back to The Tuscany or The Venetian, which is a little larger units and newer.
Both incredible and most of all amazing people. We were really happy we decided on The Tuscany and would recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing vacation and incredible service.

We also Love, Love the Turks and Caicos!!!

Room Tip: Choose corner upper floor, 3rd floor or above. At the Venetian, a lower floor is great too.

I can't find fault with this property. It is beautifully maintained and every person on staff is warm and friendly. On the other hand, it is important that you look at photos of the property and know that is exactly what you get. There is no nightlife, recreation, or anything else close by. You have to take a pretty decent hike down the very long beach to get to other hotels. We did like sitting out at the hotel restaurant next door for lunch. The grocery store and everything else take a bit of an effort to get to. If we had family or teenagers we would probably recommend Beaches because the island has no nightlife of its own. We came for peace, quiet, ang relaxation and it was perfect. Only negative was that our room was cleaned so late in the day.

Room Tip: Loved having a corner room up high for the views and the breezes. Elevator was never busy.
