Beautiful is an understatement! My sister and I arrived on the island, wanting an escape from reality for a few days. We we're not disappointed! We were aware that the island had just endured two natural disasters only a few weeks prior but upon our arrival to the Tuscany we were very impressed with the way they recovered from the devastating hurricanes that had hit the island. It was immediately obvious that the staff at the Tuscany was beyond reproach.
The greeting that we received from the receptionist made us feel very welcome. We receive many suggestions of various restaurants to try in the area and I think we touched them all at some point during our vacation. Each and every representative of this property went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was extremely pleasant. Mrs. Terria and Mrs. Shawiemae are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable of the island and are a great asset to this property. If we ever had questions about anything we could go to or call either of them and get very useful answers. Even the groundskeeper whom we had to call to do us a special favor (Insider) was extremely helpful.
This is a wonderful property if you want to relax and enjoy the beach, take in a beautiful view from your private screened in balcony or jus sit on the couch and listen to the wind and sounds of the waves crashing on the beach.
The condos are decorated beautifully. And you can tell that they really care about the appearance of each condo.
We had a wonderful time and we will return... Next time with friends.

Dear Janice,

It delights us to know how much you enjoyed your stay at The Tuscany! Spending quality time with family is second to none -- and disconnecting for a few days in a peaceful and beautiful oceanfront resort setting is priceless!

Thank you for staying with us at The Tuscany and for your kind words about the recovery process that Turks & Caicos is going through! It's amazing to see how our island has pulled together to get things back and running -- and because of TripAdvisor reviews like yours, you will definitely encourage others to come back to our island and book family vacations, girls getaways, etc!

So happy to hear that you are planning to return, too! Thanks again for taking the time to write up a TA review of your stay!

We first stayed at The Tuscany in August of 2017 and thought we had landed in Heaven! The staff and the facility are top notch. While there is no restaurant on site, there is a perfect beach bar and grill just steps away, The Cabana Bar & Grill. Following Hurricane Irma, the bar & grill suffered damage and was not open this time, but we expected limited restaurants and went to the IGA for breakfast foods. The Tuscany was just as perfect as our first time stay, with helpful reservations for dinner and taxis, and the housekeeping was tops. We had 5 people in our condo and were very well taken care of throughout our stay. We will return again and again, as the beach by the Tuscany is private, clean, and quiet, all the while providing easy access to restaurants and souvenir vendors within a short walk on the beach. The Tuscany offers all beachfront condos, and we have stayed on the ground floor and second floor, each with its own plusses. We highly recommend The Tuscany, although we'd like to keep it quietly to ourselves!!

Room Tip: All floors and condos have equal views of the ocean, as the layout is railroad style with a beachfront enclosed patio.

Dear Linda,

What a delight it was for the staff to see you again this month! Thank you foremost for taking the time to write up a review on TripAdvisor! And, secondly, thank you for staying with us again and investing in our Turks & Caicos Paradise! It's guests like you who will undoubtedly help the TCI economy get back on its feet!

The Tuscany was very lucky and blessed to sustain very little damage from Hurricane Irma and Maria and we want everyone to know that Turks & Caicos is coming back stronger than ever! We are excited about Cabana Cafe, our "off-site" restaurant to re-open on November 20th!

So happy that you have found your little peace of heaven -- we love it here, too! You get the both of best worlds -- beautiful, private, exclusive stretch of Grace Bay beach yet five minutes to anything you want to do on the island! Glad you discovered us and hope to see you again soon!

Thanks again!

The hurricane hit, and we were heartbroken. Wow, were we pleasantly surprised. The staff contacted us, and kept us up to date on the clean-up. We simply changed dates.
We brought friends with us, and on our arrival, they couldn't believe the warm welcome we received. Because of our previous trip, it felt like coming back home to family. This staff is the best we've ever encountered in the world. (that's pretty amazing)
Although the vegatation on Provo suffered, the Tuscany did not. Everything was completely perfect. This is a place for those who love beauty and comfort. We found our favorite restaurants were open, and we even found a new place that amazed us. Because of the hurricane, things were a little slower on the Island because the friendly people were busy getting everything back to normal. It did not stand in the way of great snorkling, parasailing and wandering around paradise.
Our friends told us "that was the best vacation we've every had". We knew what to expect and we were not disappointed. This is a destination that should not be ignored! We are of course starting to plan our next "Tuscany" week in the Turks & Caicos.

Room Tip: 1st floor on the beach, or any of the condo's on the beach.

Dear Mssfoie,

We are so glad that you changed your travel dates to a little later date (due to Hurricanes Irma and Maria) and kept your reservation with us at The Tuscany, bringing your friends to our boutique resort! And, we are so happy that you felt home!

Thank you for taking the time to write up a review on TripAdvisor of your stay last week with us, and even moreso for the "shout out" for Turks & Caicos! We are #TCI Strong and the island's health depends on wonderful guests as yourselves who are investing in our island!

It's music to our ears to hear that your friends told you it was the "best vacation they've ever had!"

We look forward to seeing you on your third trip to The Tuscany! Thanks again!

Our second family vacation here at The Tuscany was even better than the first. Provo is recovering quickly from Hurricane Irma and it is a privilege to be able to spend time here with the fabulous staff and our local friends! We encourage everyone to visit Grace Bay and The Tuscany to continue to accelerate the Turks and Caicos recovery! Special thanks to Terria and Shawnemae who are amazing!

They do no have any kind of food service. They decided to extend the lack of service to all aspects of your stay. The rooms are a bit run down. The toilet flooded our bathroom. We asked water in the lobby, the concierge sent us to a convenience store. All for usd 400 a night

Dear Ferrosario66,

I would be delighted to talk to you, via email or via telephone, (1-866-359-6466 or terria@thetuscanyresort.com). We have no record of you staying with us at The Tuscany in October, 2017. We recently re-opened our doors on October 1st (13 days ago) after Hurricanes Irma and Maria and have no record of anyone staying at the resort from Los Angeles during these past two weeks.

Please let us know the correct time that you stayed with us and we'd be happy to respond to your concerns. By the way, bottled waters are available daily to all of our guests as we also keep upwards of 20 cases of bottled waters at the reception area at all times. No one in our office would ever direct a guest to go to the local convenient store for bottled water.
