Love the location, its quiet and peaceful. the rooms are great and the staff make the place, I have to give it to them its one of the most friendly hotels I have been to in India.
The rooms all have great views, the more you pay the better your balcony. I had a pool side rooms, my business partner had a room on the other side near the restaurant complete with a glass floored bathroom and deck looking onto the forest below.
My room on the pool side was a bit nasty in that when the wind blows up the hill you get the smell of the hotel sewer pit, and its strong.
Also whats sad is the Indian way of throwing trash into the forest, I can sit here now seeing the person below my room throwing Fosters beer cans into the gardens, its everywhere the trash which is sad. But I did see some managers picking it up yesterday. My partner saw the guest in the room next door throwing bags of gargabe out his room into the forest! Come on Indians, this is your country and you are destroying it, have some decency and respect for your land.
Restaurant is good, albiet a little dirty, chairs, tables and windows all need cleaning badly, they are sticky and nasty.
It would be great if there was an outdoor part of the restaurant and bar, they have this...Love the location, its quiet and peaceful. the rooms are great and the staff make the place, I have to give it to them its one of the most friendly hotels I have been to in India.

It would be great if there was an outdoor part of the restaurant and bar, they have this amazing deck and area but its not used, I dont know why. There is some not very comfy chairs out there you can sit and have a drink at, but they are normally all full.More
