We arrived 19.30 at the door by Vanessa & graham after 6.5 hr drive. A lovley couple. They showed us around and said anything we wanted let them know. In the fridge was a bottle of champagne, milk butter. On the work top bread , homemade cake cereal ect. It made our 1st evening great, sat on floor opening wedding cards drinking champagne & eating chocolate. Mollys nest has every you could want.too class accommodation. Could not want for more.

“Dissappointed , angry, upset”

The area that the bungalow is in is lovely. Myself and my partner were very upset with the property. When you open the front door you realise straight away how old everything is inside. The smell was of old and musky and no matter how much you had the doors and windows open you could not get that smell out. Nothing in the property could have been renewed or replaced in years. I would say that the cooker was at least 40 years old. Nothing about the furniture or décor was at all appealing or welcoming. I honestly believe that maybe none of that would have seemed so bad if it had been as clean as the reviews that I read said it was. I understand that everybody has different levels of expectations but I did not expect stains on the carpets, a bad smell of musk in every cupboard, we had to clean all the work surfaces in the kitchen. The toilet and bathroom sink was dirty. there was dead flies on the floor in the lounge . A bi liner had been put inside a very dirty pedal bin. I was looking forward to my holiday so very much as I have had a very sad couple of years and so I am very angry at what I found on arriving. The owner was on holiday himself the week that I was there so I left him a letter telling him how upset I was. I did try getting in touch with his cousin Katie whose phone number I was given by the owner but she never got back to me. The key was left outside the property for me to let myself in, but I do think it would have been aa nice gesture if someone had got in touch to see if all was ok. All in all we were very unhappy and feel very reluctant to book through you again and very sceptical of believing reviews.

It was our third stay in Molly's nest - what more can we say? Lots of space, lots of convenience, lots of opportunities, lots of Cornwall.

“Again - a wonderful summer holiday”

If you like a summer holiday close to the beach in a nice cornish village in a holiday home that offers you lots of space, your own garden and that is run by extremely caring, friendly and welcoming hosts - this is the spot for you. We spent three most relaxing weeks in this cosy and comfortable house. We have never booked the same holiday cottage twice until we stayed here. Now we are determined to book Molly's Nest for the third time.

“Excellent holiday home - couldn't fault it”
Reviewed 25 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Molly's Nest is in a convenient location, has everything you need for a perfect self catering holiday and you won't meet nicer hosts than Vanessa and Graham. We were given a very warm welcome and a generous basket of provisions including a super lemon drizzle cake - a lovely surprise. The surrounding area is great for walking and only a short drive to all amenities. We highly recommend it.

Mollys Nest is in a quiet location, well kept and very relaxing home from home. We were greeted with a warm welcome and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Cornwall. The property is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful coast line of Cornwall and is in easy travelling distance of the local amenities.
It was lovely after a long walk to return to Mollys Nest and relax in the conseravtory and enjoy the peace and quiet it offered.
Look forward to returning in the near future.

“We couldn't ask for more”

We stayed at Molly's Nest as a family of four (girls aged 6 & 9) and enjoyed a brilliant summer holiday in a peaceful, well-kept and welcoming place. This property is the ideal base for long days at the beach (walk to the local beach or drive to another) as well as for all the other touristic highlights of Cornwall most of which are within a good driving distance. After a long day of swimming, hiking or exploring the countryside it soon felt like coming home.
The house itself offers everything you need. We especially liked the conservartory, the spacious garden and the selection of books in the living room. The owners of the property live next door and offer any help you need to have a relaxing holiday. We are determinded to return next year.
